Lakeside is a two-story cottage overlooking the beach and offering spectacular 180° views of the lake from an enclosed sunroom, which has large windows on three sides and access to a full-width elevated deck. The ground floor, updated in 2017, has an open-plan layout that includes the sunroom as well as a living room, a kitchenette, a bedroom (with a walk-in closet), a full bath, an extra vanity, and a laundry area. The sunroom serves as the dining area, with both a table and a bar-height counter with stools. On the lower floor, there’s an additional roomy sleeping area, with a dividing curtain and a full bath. This lower floor has walk-out access leading to a ground-level deck and then on down to the beach.

Lakeside sleeps up to 8 adults—with a queen-size bed in the bedroom on the main floor, a pull-out double sofa bed in the sunroom, and two double beds on the lower floor (a floor-to-ceiling curtain can be drawn between the beds for privacy).

Guests must provide their own linens, including sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels, and washcloths.

Lakeside’s kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot, as well as pots and pans, dishes, and utensils.

This cottage has central air-conditioning and heat. Cable TV and WiFi internet are included.

A charcoal grill is available.

With prior approval, small pets (25 pounds or less) are permitted for a fee ($10 per pet, per night). If you arrive with a large pet (more than 25 pounds), the fee will be $20 per night ($140/week). Large pets are not encouraged.

We provide off-street parking for a maximum of 4 cars for Lakeside. The limit on the number of cars is strictly enforced. Additional parking can be found on the street.

The weekly rate for Lakeside (Sunday to Sunday), including the 8% bed tax, is $1554. This is also the rate Thunder on the Strip (Thursday to Sunday).

A $150 deposit per cottage is required at the time of reservation. Note that if you cancel your reservation, your deposit will not be refunded unless we can rent the cottage to someone else.
